FAQ
During the enrollment, companies learn about the Carployee app and dashboard. In the Starter Package, a tutorial is available to the customer for self-training, and we assist with Basic Customer Support. In the Trial and Full Package, we offer personal training.
The administrators at the client (usually HR, CSR) get access to the dashboard where user statistics are displayed: Number of users, journeys, benefits and much more.
The starter package introduces the companies to the test dashboard. The other two packages provide access to your own dashboard with an overview of your own statistics.
Comprehensive communication measures with your employees are the key to successfully building a ride-sharing community. We help to use all available channels (email, intranet, posters, flyers…), to create the right benefits (canteen vouchers, extra holiday hours…) to achieve a lasting climate protection contribution together with your staff.
The price depends on the number of active app users and also includes the so-called onboarding fee. More information on request.
While trips can be shared across companies, each company pays only for its employees. Benefits apply to all employees of the business park or only to the company’s employees, as desired.
We will be happy to explain the price calculation in a personal conversation. The costs add up to approximately the value of one cup of coffee per user per month.
